This small but enjoyable bungalow style villa is located in the urbanization San Jaime at about 1 km from the Pepe La Sal supermarket and commercial center Cap Blanc & Moravit with bars, restaurants, doctor, bank, hairdresser, etc. In the urbanization itself you will find a 9-hole golf course and tennis courts. The bay of Baladrar and the sea are at about 1.5 km from the villa. The town of Moraira and its main beach is about 2.5 km.
