Villa Espindola is located 600 meters from the El Portet beach in Moraira. Quiet area (cul de sac) and about 2 km from the town and main beach.
The villa is all on one level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, covered and open terrace from where you have wonderful views over the bay towards Calpe, private pool (4x8) and BBQ.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the last couple of years and the town has managed to keep the Spanish style of living during all the changes. There are several beaches along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe where you can enjoy a day in the sun, go snorkelling and on some of them you can even enjoy a day of windsurfing. The El Portet beach near the villa is small but very cosy and has a couple of restaurants where you can enjoy both national and international food. There are more restaurants in the town also with different kinds of food. There are also many shops and bars along the town boulevard. The main supermarkets are located on the outskirts of the town.
