On the ground level there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen equipped with dishwasher and access to the pool area.
Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with bathroom; this is accessible from the outside patio. Private pool with a big terrace and BBQ.

You have some wonderful views from the pool area towards the sea and towards the Peñon de Ifach (the mountain of Calpe).

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the years. Even though a lot of changes have occurred, the town of Moraira was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several small beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. On these different beaches you can enjoy a day in the sun, snorkelling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find several different restaurants that serve both international and national food, shops and bars. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town. There are also tennis courts and several small golf courses in the area.
