El Portet is one of the 1st urbanizations of Moraira build outside the town area. It is mountainous which allows most villas to have wonderful views over the area. It is located at about 1 km from a small beach called El Portet where you can enjoy a day in the sun, swim or have something to eat or drink. The area of Moraira does not just have one beach but several small beaches along the coastal road of Moraira to Calpe. The town of Moraira is an old fishing town which has become a very popular holiday destination but they have been able to keep the old style of to the town which gives it its character. The towns of Calpe and Javea are not very far from here and are worth a visit. There are beautiful trips that can be taken during the day towards the inland where you can get the real feeling of Spain.
