Apartment Mandalay is a completely furnished apartment build underneath the main villa. The main villa is not used so the complete premises are at the disposal of the guests staying in the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, small kitchen, BBQ area in the back, private pool and a large terrace from where you have wonderful views towards the sea. There is a small beach at about 200 meters from the villa which can be used by the people living in this urbanization. The larger beaches are found in Moraira and Calpe.
The villa is located in a very quiet area about 4 km from the town of Moraira.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the years. Even though a lot of changes have occurred, the town of Moraira was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several small beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. On these different beaches you can enjoy a day in the sun, snorkelling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find several different restaurants that serve both international and national food, shops and bars. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town. There are also tennis courts and several small golf courses in the area.
