This standard furnished villa is located in the region of Moraira called Paichi. It is a quiet area about 2 km from the town and main beach of Moraira. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are at about 800 meters from the villa.
It has 3 bedrooms on 2 different levels. Top floor consists of: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, American style kitchen which has been fitted with dishwasher and microwave, living room and covered terrace from where you have wonderful views over the valley and a little sea view.
The 3rd bedroom is found on the ground floor which is accessible only from the outside with its own en-suite bathroom. There is Sat TV with Dutch programs and central heating. The villa has a private pool of 5x11 and BBQ area with table and chairs. There is parking for a car with a steep entrance.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the years. Even though a lot of changes have occurred, the town of Moraira was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several small beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. On these different beaches you can enjoy a day in the sun, snorkelling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find several different restaurants that serve both international and national food, shops and bars. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town. There are also tennis courts and several small golf courses in the area.
